How Do You Prevent Nail Fungus?

Prevention techniques are important in not only, obviously, preventing an initial nail fungal infection, but also during treatment to help improve results and prevent infections from coming back.

High-risk areas for fungi include spas, pools, showers, and locker rooms. If you do visit one of these places, wear flip-flops and wash your hands and feet after leaving.  It’s important to keep your feet clean and dry, and wear cotton socks to absorb sweat and shoes that allow for air circulation.

Before and After your Nail Fungus Treatment at Body ‘N’ Bloom
