The following recipe is for a facial mask you can make yourself for any type of skin.
Apply a thick layer of Aloe Vera gel to your face and allow it to dry. If the skin feels too tight, mix in some almond, jojoba or other oil.
Facial Mask Recipe: Mix the 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoon of low fat yogurt and apply the mixture to your face and throat. Leave on for 20 min, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
